May 24, 2007 [speed day] squat and deadlift

-felt heavy today, but was able to complete the exercise, 45s rest

Deadlifts (5)

12x1x85kg (+5kgs [~5%])

-no problem, took 1 minute rest between sets

Stiff legged deadlifts (5)

3x10x70kg

-no problem, 1 minute rest

Shrugs (4)

8x5x60kg

-felt light, resisted temptation to bump up weight, but last two sets did 8 reps

Bicep curls (5)

4x10x20lbs

-no problem, 1 minute rest

Weighted abs (4)

5x12x10kgs

-no problem, 30s rest
