-no problem
Wide stance good mornings

-was quite difficult, but was still able to maintain form so didn’t lower the load
Pullover

-no problem
Bicep curls
3x10x20kgs
-no problem
Weighted abs
5x10x35lbs
-no problem, decided to increase weight, previously used 10kgs
