-no problem, the speed was there

-did first set at 70kgs, brought it down to 60kgs to improve range of motion and properly hit hamstrings.
Military press (5)

-no problem
Bicep curls (5)
5x8x25kgs
-no problem
Weighted abs (5)
5x10x10kgs
-no problem
Note: I think this is the start of new mini-cycle.
