July 04, 2007 [speed day] squats and deadlift

Sets x reps x weight

High box squats

9x2x80kgs (+2.5kgs [~+5%])

-no problem, but felt heavy

Low start speed deadlifts

10x1x90kgs (+5kgs [~+5%])

-no problem, used 1 plate (~2”) and 20kg plates, took video to assess form

Zercher squats

3x8x50kgs

-slight uneasiness on the right knee

Weighted situps

3x12x10kgs

-no problem

Leg raise

5x15

-no problem

Barbell curls

3x10x22.5kgs

-no problem
